In lieu of a guestbook, each guest was asked to fill one of these time-capsule-cards with a prediction of where the bride and groom will be in 1, 5, 10, 15 etc. years. After the reception the cards were sorted and sealed to be opened on each fifth anniversary.

The escort cards were printed in the fashion of a theater ticket. On the back, each had a unique Hollywood trivia question, the answer of which was located on the guest’s neighbor’s ticket.

These wedding ceremony programs were written and formatted as a movie script; there were even printed with Courier New font type!

I designed these letterpress invitations for my black-tie, 1940′s Hollywood themed wedding. They were printed by the amazing Rajshel, who owns Jane Hancock Papers in Alpharetta, GA.
